Ugh, guys, this sucks major. Stupid Ike is doing crazy things to Houston. And we don't have the worst of it (poor Galveston). So yesterday morning was fine, not even a lot of wind or anything. Then suddenly, our retarded internet service, Earthlink (CURSE YOU! Why don't we have AT&T?), decided it didn't want to work (it'll just stop working randomly, normally you leave it alone for a couple hours and it comes back) and we lost internet. So I spent all afternoon and evening bored out of my mind. Then at 9 last night, we lost power. It came back (but STILL no internet) after a couple of hours, but a tree somehow busted our garden house and now our water pipeline is shut off so the house doesn't spew water eveeywhere. My only internet is my dad's Blackberry, but it's a serious pain to do anything on it. Sorry for not commenting on y'all's posts D: I'll try and catch up again when our internet comes back.

That's terrible. No internet? OR POWER? THAT'S JUST EVIL.

Isn't it funny how we are all more irratated over the loss of internet than the storm...*feels bad*
